"Our mission is to empower and support our communities by providing tools, resources, and a safe space to navigate their journeys. Whether you're seeking guidance, support or knowledge, we're here for you!"
Three steps to stay safe: (1) Learn, (2) Protect, and (3) Engage,
The Importance of Being a Supportive Community
"The believers are but one brotherhood, so make peace between your brothers. And be mindful of Allah so you may be shown mercy." (Surah Al-Hujurat, 49:10)
The Prophet ﷺ also said: "None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." (Sahih Al-Bukahri)
Our faith emphasizes the importance of coming together as an Ummah, meaning community and having each others backs. The Ummah of the Prophet Muhammed ﷺ is like one body. When one part of the body feels pain, the whole body feels it. Islam calls upon us to stand firmly against injustice and uphold the belief that every human being is entitled to live in peace and dignity.
